Monthly Smart Memberships with us will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW for successive one-year terms, billed monthly, unless you choose to cancel or your Smart Membership is terminated by us.
Annual Smart Memberships with us will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW for successive one-year terms, billed annually, unless you choose to cancel or your Smart Membership is terminated by us.
You must supply notice of cancellation 30 days in advance prior to renewal to avoid automatically renewing for another year.
You are required to notify us immediately of any change in your name, billing address, service address, email address, telephone number, credit card, bank or other account information. We may terminate automatically renewing Monthly Memberships and Annual Memberships after two consecutive months of non-payment.
Smart Membership is an annual commitment. Your Smart Membership entitles you to a range of benefits, including priority service, no dispatch fees, and service repair discounts. If you decide to cancel before the 12-month term is completed, any discount benefits received may be subject to a charge-back to you.
We will attempt to contact you via e-mail or telephone to schedule your tune up or you can contact us directly anytime to schedule your appointment. Smart Membership benefits are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of your benefits is not refundable.

Smart Membership Billing
For automatically renewing Monthly Memberships and Annual Memberships, your method of payment on file with us will continue to be charged each month (for Monthly Memberships) or each year (for Annual Memberships) at the rate shown on your Membership Agreement until membership is cancelled.
For automatically renewing Monthly Memberships, the first monthly payment is collected at the time of service. After that, monthly payments will be collected on the same day every month.
For automatically renewing Annual Memberships, the first annual payment is collected at the time of service. After that, annual payments will be collected on the same day every year.

Cancellation Policy
Smart Membership is an annual commitment with a cost of $239.88 per year. If you decide to cancel before the 12-month term has completed, you may be subject to a charge-back for any discounts/credits received under the plan.
