I met Aaron Sherlock (the owner) about three years ago when we remodeled our home and our general contractor brought him in to do some work on our a/c system which is about 20 years old. Yesterday I called Sherlock with a heating problem and was pleased hear that they "will be out to the house within the hour". Aaron came out, diagnosed the problem, replaced the needed part and our system is up and running again. I am very happy to recommend Aaron Sherlock to my friends.

I wanted to share my experience with Sherlock Heating & Air as I usually don't write these reviews. I have to say that Aaron was the only professional I contacted who actually diagnosed the problem correctly. My furnace was blowing out cold air, and after speaking with several other companies, Aaron by far had the most knowledge (I guess that comes from over 15 years in the business) He was able to replace the needed parts and brought warmth back into our home. Paul is a very knowledgeable tech. Also a very nice guy. The service was excellent and he explained everything very clearly. The rates are excellent. I would recommend Sherlock to all my friends.

I had 6 companies come to give estimates for installing A/C. Sherlock was tops in both price to value ratio and inspiring confidence. They showed up on time, explained everything, installed neatly and cleaned up after themselves. They had mistakenly brought one new register in the wrong size, and came back with it the next day. I am truly pleased having used them.

I selected Sherlock Air based on the reviews on Kudzu. I was having a problem with my A/C tripping the circuit breaker intermittently. On the first visit, the tech did a thorough check of everything and could not find a problem. Immediately, I was impressed he didn't try to tell me my system was bad. We were unable to recreate the problem at that time. About two weeks later, the problem started again and Sherlock got the same tech, Paul, right out to check on it. He went to great lengths to determine the cause of the tripping. He did replace the circuit breaker and everything has been working fine since. I was very pleased from the courteous contact I had on the telephone to the obvious concern and diligence displayed by Paul, as well as his willingness to explain everything to me and to request guidance from others in the company. I will definitely keep Sherlock on my list of 'go to' services for future air conditioning and heating needs. Thank you, Sherlock Air!
